Colliculus superior, stratum superficiale
The term Colliculus superior, stratum superficiale is a cytoarchitectural term denoting a substructure of the superior colliculus that appears to consist of the zonal layer of the superior colliculus, the superficial gray layer of the superior colliculus and the superficial white layer of the superior colliculus ( Kusama-1970 ).
