tenia of the fornix (tfx)

The term tenia of the fornix refers to a surface feature of the medial wall of the lateral ventricle in the human. Defined on the basis of dissection it is the line of attachment of the tela choroidea of the lateral ventricle to the lateral surface of the fornix ( Crosby-1962 ).
